Dining Room Only $125 per Hour for 6 hours (minimum)
$250 per Hour for 3 hours (minimum) Includes 1 Security Person and 1 Stage Manager (required)
· $25 rental of beer tapper if draft beer served (must use ours—no kegs in tubs) · $135 Dram Shop (if alcohol served) · $25 per hour for extra stage people (lighting tech, stage hand, spot operator, etc.) · $25 per hour for Sound System operator · $25 per hour for Other Stage Crew · $25 per hour for extra Security · $100 per day Cleanup fee · $50 per hour setup or tear down for Auditorium (stage show or concert) · Opening Building during non-business hours for loading, decorating, etc. is $25 per hour
Price includes parking lot, Decoration may be done prior to rental free of charge during normal business hours.
