Attorney Medley G. Tornow, 33° Sees to all legal issues affecting the Valley and the Cathedral. 
Budget G. Nick Graff Prepares Annual operating budget and provides monthly comparison reports to Cathedral Board.
Building and Grounds James Bailey Monitors the condition of the Cathedral, Equipment, and Grounds, and sees that all needed projects are completed on time and budget. 
By-Laws Medley G. Tornow, 33° Ensures our bylaws are current, legal, and in compliance with the Supreme Council.
Choir John B. Hall, 33° Provides choral music for reunion degrees and Feast of the Paschal Lamb.
Class Director D. Woodrow Cochran Oversees and conducts of Candidates at Reunions.
Dramatic Club Richard D. Bean, M.S.A, Lawrence Eskridge Presents Theatrical entertainment, such as the annual Dinner Theatre. and bi-annual "Christmals Carol".
Commissary David L. McKinney Caters all meals for Reunions, plus other special events.
Computer Network Richard D. Bean, M.S.A, Matt Burnburg Maintains network of office computers, installs software and hardware.
Cosmeticians Bradley W. Poff Provides make up for reunion casts, incldding wigs and beards.
Dining Room Robert L. Cook, M.S.A. Sets tables and seats Brethern at Reunions.
Family Life Richard E Hummel, M.S.A. Coordinates activities held in conjuction with the Supreme Council Family Life program, including an annual event at which designated families from our Blue Lodges are honored as part of an entertainment program. 
Historian Open (due to death of Byron Denny) Maintains history of Valley and provides research when needed.
Insurance Robert F. Spencer Sees to all insurance related needs of the Valley.
Investments William R. McDaniels, 33° Ensures that our financial assets are safely and profitably invested.  
Marketing  Robert H. Orrill, M.S.A. Maintains our marketing plan - our face to the outside world. 
Membership Eric Johnson, 33° Plans, organizes, and executes the recruiting of new members. 
Membership Utilization Carl Roth, III Monitors the participation of members in events and on committees. 
Officers Development Michael C. Hinds, M.S.A. Plans officer seminars and ensures the participation of current officers in events and on committees.
Organ Maintenance John L. Becker, M.S.A Maintains and tunes pipe organ and consoles. 
Personnel Robert H. Orrill, M.S.A. Responsible for recommending new employees and compensation package for all employees to the Cathedral Board. 
Photography Kenneth J. Newell, 33° Provides photos for press releases and the Scottish Rite News. 
Public Relations, Publicity Open  Provides event publicity 
Registration Harold L. Howeter Greets members and visitors and reunions and special events and sees that they are properly received.
Restorations Quentin H. Willman, M.S.A., 33°, H.Wayne Hoffman Works with suspended and demitted members to retain them or restore them as current members.

Scottish Rite Clubs 4 Presiding Officers Coordinates the activity of the four area Scottish Rite Clubs
Scottish Rite News James Durham, M.S.A., H. Wayne Hoffman, James Wise, MSA 33° Composes and oversees the printing and mailing of the bi-monthly newsletter.
Security Ralph Hogsdon Provides security for meetings and rentals. ($)
Sound System Craig McCoy Maintains and operates the Cathedral auditorium and dining room sound systems during meetings, Reunions, and rentals ($)
Stage  Edward "Tony" Gienow, Richard C. Aldrich Provides all lighting, props, drops, and paraphenalia for reunion and special degrees, and for Rentals ($)
Ushers Gregory S. Neal Assists with seating and programs at public events such as the Feast of the Paschal Lamb, the Christmas Carol, and Dinner Theatres. 
Valley Relations Michael C. Hinds, M.S.A. Llliason to other Scottish Rite Vallies in Illinois and other Masonic bodies. 
Wardrobe James Wise, M.S.A., 33° Provides costumes for all degrees and the Christmas Carol. 
Wills and Bequests Medley G. Tornow, 33° Coordinates the legal aspects of Wills and Bequests to the Scottish Rite bodies or the Cathedral Association.

Baseball Trip L. Donald Shuford, MSA, 33° Annual bus trip to Cardinals/Cubs Game
Blue Lodge Night Arthur W Williams An annual night at the Cathedral with dinner and a program, devoted to the Blue Lodges in our jurisdiction.
Bratfest Annual Fundraiser; the proceeds are always designated for a single purpose by the current presiding officers. The 2003 funds were used for a wheelchair ramp to the parking lot. 
Fall Dance Early Wys A dinner dance, held in the Fall of each year. 
Fish Fry Edward A. "Tony" Gienow, James D. Durham, MSA Annual Fish Fry and Euchre Tournament, held in January. 
Golf Stag Frank E. Beebe, Leslie I Casali, MSA, 33° Annual golf outing hosted by the Men's Club. 
Officer's Picnic 4 Presiding Officers An annual summer picnic for officers. 
Easter Egg Hunt An annual Event for children related to members.
Feast of the Paschal Lamb. James D. Durham, M.S.A., Director Our annual memorial service for deceased members, held on Palm Sunday afternoon.
